Songkick has added $15 million in new funding from Access Industries. Billionaire Len Blavatnik's Access is also the owner of the Warner Music Group and an investor in Deezer, Shazam and Beats.
Including the new cash infusion, Songkick has raised $60 million to date, with Access leading the way including $10 million in December 2015 and $19.2 million in June of 2015 for a total investment of $44.2 million.
Songkick boasts 12 million monthly users viewing concerts by 135,000 artists globally.
The company plans to use the funds to grow the platform and ticket sales efforts, including proprietary anti-scalping technology which Adele used successfully to greatly reduce secondary ticketing on her recent arena tour.
