Google Play Music, You Tube Red Set To Beat Spotify Into India

Google-logoGoogle Play Music and YouTube Red  are ready to launch in India ahead of Spotify. The confirmation comes via screenshots posted by two users on an Android Reddit forum . The screenshots from Google Play Music show tracks for sale in Indian currency.

Music streaming services Saavn, Hungama, Wynk and Apple Music are already available in India and gaining significant traction.  India is the world's second most populated country with 1.25 billion citizens.
